Change your life with hypnotherapy

I specialise in supporting people with change, releasing your potential and every session is tailored specifically for you. 

Each initial hypnotherapy or EMDR session is 90 minutes in length. This comprises of a free 30 minute consultation and a 60 minute therapy session.  All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes in length. This session is charged at £105.  To get the best out of hypnotherapy would be to have at least two or three sessions depending on what you want to get out of the sessions.  

I also offer life coaching, combining NLP and hypnotherapy.  These sessions are for 3 months either over zoom or face to face on a weekly basis, with work sheets to go through.  This is for people looking to rediscover and realign themselves, to look deeply into moving forward, recognising how their past is still playing a part in controlling their lives now.  To collaborate and identify strategies for accepting where we are, showing gratitude and allowing ourselves to grow.  This package is £500 per month.  

I offer the same package but as a group booking which is offered at £350 per month. 

1 hour hypnotherapy or EMDR session is charged at £105 - this price is inclusive of personalised self-hypnosis recordings where appropriate.

Smoking Cessation 

£295 (includes a maximum of two sessions with a hypnotic recording) most clients quit completely after the first intensive session, however a second complimentary session is offered if needed within a month of treatment.  

Weight Loss with / without Hypnotic Gastric Band 

4 sessions (one each week) plus one follow up appointment if needed (within a month) plus a self hypnosis recording £450

Past life regression

One session, with observers present or to be completed as part of a group  £105
